Biography

Terese Kemble is Lattice Semiconductor’s Chief People Officer and Senior Vice President, Human Resources. She joined Lattice in July 2019 after serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer with Juniper Networks. 

Terese brings many years of human resources leadership experience to Lattice. Most recently, she was the Chief Human Resources Officer with Juniper Networks. Before that, Terese served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Lam Research Corporation, Vice President of Human Resources at TE Connectivity, and held various HR roles at Applied Materials. 

Terese holds an MBA and a BS in Psychology, both from Santa Clara University. She is also a Certified Coach and Certified Compensation Professional. Terese sits on the board of Child Advocates of Silicon Valley.
