BUSINESS UPDATE STATEMENT Q3 2005
• Expected Sequential Revenue growth for the third quarter is narrowed to 1% - 2%, in line with prior guidance;
• Gross Margin percent is expected to be approximately flat;
• Total Operating Expenses are expected to be approximately $36 to $37 million;
• Intangible Asset Amortization is expected to be approximately $4.0 million;
• Other Income is expected to be approximately $3.0 million.
