Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
 
On April 29, 2022, Krishna Rangasayee submitted his resignation from the board of directors (the “Board”) of Lattice Semiconductor Corporation (the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Rangasayee’s resignation is not because of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
 
In connection with his resignation, Mr. Rangasayee is no longer a nominee for reelection to the Board at the Company’s 2022 annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). The Board does not plan to substitute another nominee for election as a director at the Annual Meeting in place of Mr. Rangasayee. All of the remaining six director nominees named in the Company’s definitive proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 24, 2022 will continue to stand for reelection.
